Application: A cable coil/wire wrapping machine which is used for cable and hydraulic wires. It has a high packing efficiency for coil package. It has several features like, a flexible height level for coil, overlapping and wastage of packing tape is avoided by using an inverter, the material is cut systematically and there is also a choice of packing material. There is a choice between a wide range of materials. Up and down support rollers are present and they are covered by polyurethane. An external electrical box is present to avoid unwanted accidents and testing. There is also an efficient mechanical brake system to disband the material to avoid folding and wastage. Once the material is wrapped its packaging is completed at one time known as 'once wrapping' and its packed twice for 'twice wrapping'.
